OUR MISSION
The mission of the Latino Leadership Alliance is to amplify the voice and expand the power of Latino leadership, engage in policy and advocacy, and build partnerships to focus on race equity affecting the Latino community.
OUR VISION
Latinas/os/x will be fully represented in leadership roles and positions throughout the Bay Area.
LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
One of LLA’s primary goals is to identify, engage and mobilize the next generation of leaders in the business, government, education, non-profit and art sectors. LLA offers an eight month Leadership Academy to 12-16 participant.
