Founded in 2009, LLA partnered with Stanford University to nurture emerging Latino leaders in Silicon Valley.
Our mission: While our mission and vision are to empower and cultivate leaders for the Latino community in the Bay Area, our academy and board are open to, welcome, and have historically graduated leaders from many allied communities regardless of their racial or ethnic background.
