Creating the Next Generation of Latino Leaders

One of LLA’s primary goals is to identify, engage and mobilize the next generation of leaders in the business, government, education, non-profit and art sectors. LLA offers a seven month Leadership Academy to 12-16 participants.

Participants in the Leadership Academy are selected in a competitive application process. Leadership Academy fellows must commit to participate in intensive full-day leadership training seminars for one day each month from January through June each year. The program curriculum includes seminars presented by Stanford faculty and business, education, political, and community/non-profit leaders and the LLA-Stanford Leadership Summer Program held in August each year at Stanford University.
